For the more advanced; train the correct relationship between the top & bottom halves of the body with the Balance Plate. The trick is to simulate the correct hitting shape, without losing your balance. Then go one step further by making a small swing, and allow the pressure changes your feet and legs to move the Balance Plate accordingly.
